Sak Pase Bulgur

Sak Pase Bulgur Wheat is a healthier alternative to some starches. It can be used to make hot cereals common in the Caribbean. To prepare, boil 2 cups of water, add 1 cup of bulgur wheat, and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Let it stand for 10 minutes before serving.
